Using the UpBup Enrollment Portal
Families can use UpBup to update their child's information as needed throughout the school year.
Procare
Children's Sign In/Out
Procare is a school management software that allows us to streamline several of our processes.
Procare also has a sign-in feature for each child. Families may choose to scan a QR code that will be posted around the school or enable location tracking to sign in/out each day. This allows the office and teachers to keep track of attendance in real time.
Tuition Payments
Procare will allow families to pay their monthly tuition invoices online. You may choose to sign up for automated payments to make the process even easier! Procare will also give each family the option to view paid invoices and print out receipts as needed.
Each month, families will receive an email or a notification from Procare containing an invoice for their monthly tuition. You may pay this invoice by setting up a payment option in the Procare App or by submitting a written check to the CCL Office.

Extra Time Request Form
If you would like to add some time to your child's schedule, you may use this form to request a one-time schedule change.
Please fill out this form and submit it to the CCL office.
Change of Enrollment Form
If you would like to change the days that your child is scheduled for, you may use this form to request a permanent schedule change.
Please fill out this form and submit it to the CCL office.
Re-Enrollment Application
Please fill out this form to secure your child's spot for the 24-25 school year.
